Abstract: The design of a four-channel gated integrator system based on VXI bus containing functional circuit and interface circuit is introduced. From the VXI bus, it is a registered device in which there are configure registers and operational registers. This module is used to integrate the output current of X-ray diodes. The software of the data acquisition (DAQ) system, which has characters of “virtual instrumentation”, is also introduced. On electronic test, the system has good performance.: The gate width in which the current is integrated is 10-12ns, integral nonlinearity is less than 1% and there is hardly interference between channels.
