Abstract: The method of measurement of the HPM power and modes in circular waveguide are introduced in this paper. The calibration system of the effective area and the timeresponse of the probes is also described. Both theoretic analysis and experiment indicates that the measurement method of probes has a comparatively perfect accuracy on measuring HPM source which has eignmode．
