HIREFS谱仪在类氖钛软X射线激光中的应用

摘要: 介绍了掠入射高分辨平焦场HIREFS（High Resolution Erect Field Spectrometer）谱仪的主要结构和性能。采用预脉冲实验技术，使用该谱仪对线聚焦条件下钛靶的轴向空间分辨谱进行了研究，得到了类氖钛32.6nm软X射线激光强线的空间分布信息。

Abstract: In this paper, the configuration and performance of the model HIREFS（High Resolution Erect Field Spectrometer）Spectrometer are described. The instrument is used to observe the space-resolved spectra of Ti slab targets illuminated with prepulse technique. The Ne-like Ti 32.6nm soft x-ray lasing is obtained and discussed.
