无箔二极管的设计与静态数值模拟

  • 摘要: 设计并完成了一无箔二极管,该二极管预计产生1MV、20ns、10kA以上的空心脉冲电子束。研究了无箔二极管的静态数值模拟方法,求得完全的自洽解。利用编制的程序对设计的无箔二极管进行了数值模拟,对结果进行了讨论。

     

    Abstract: A foillessdiode is designed, whichis expected to produce 1MV,20ns  annularpulsed electron beam,at current of over10kA.The static numerical analysis offoillessdiode is presented,in which acompletely selfconsistent solution isobtained.A code is developed to analysis  the designed foillessdiode and the resultsare discussed.
