LF-11激光器升级倍频系统多层膜A:减反射膜

  • 摘要: 固体激光器装置升级扩展对薄膜研制提出了严重挑战。相互矛盾的各种技术指标必须匹配。就损耗、激光损伤阈值、光学技术指标和长期稳定性来讲,淀积工艺和镀膜材料的选取是至关重要的。特别地,LF-11 #固体激光器升级对光学薄膜提出了许多新的性能要求。我们研制了LF-11#激光器升级所用各种薄膜元件。现分两部分讨论各种膜系研制情况。第-部分就是这篇论文所涉及的BK7玻璃,熔石英玻璃材料上的单波长,倍频双波长,二倍频、三倍频三波长减反射膜的研制。给出了膜系设计,淀积试验,光谱性能测试和激光损伤实验结果。

     

    Abstract: The expanding field of solid state laser and devices up- grade forms an interesting challenge for the development of coatings. A wide variety of diffrent specifications, often contradictory, has to be matched. The choice of deposition process and coating material is crucial with respect to losses, damage threshold, optical specifications and their long term stability.
    Especially, up-grade LF-1l# solid state laser has purposed a number of new re- quirements for optical coatings.We have developed a variety of optical coatings for up-grade LF-ll# laser. Two parts divided discuss the multilayer coatingsin this paper. First part of this paper deals with the antireflection coatings of fused silica, BK7 glass a single wavelength, double wavelength and triple wavelength AR coatings. Coating design, deposition process and damage test are given.
