Abstract: The amplitude stability system of the 200kW RF generator had been completed and successfully used in the injector (SFC) of HIRFL is 1988. The system can be equivalent to a negative feed-back circuit, which stabilizes the RF voltage of the cyclotron at the rate of 1.7 10-4, so that the extraction efficiency and energy spread of the beam can be improved.
