KrF激光在SF6气体中受激布里渊散射的研究

SBS OF KrF LASER IN SF6 GAS

  • 摘要: 用线宽0.5cm-1、脉宽23ns的KrF激光(248nm)在低气压SF6气体中进行受激布里渊散射(SBS)的实验研究。测量了SBS反射率随泵浦光能量、气体气压、透镜焦距等实验条件的变化关系,分析和讨论了气体气压、透镜瑞利范围对SBS阈值的影响。

     

    Abstract: Experimental investigation of Stimulated Brillouin Scattering (SBS) in SF. gas of lower pressure pumped by KrF laser with bandwidth of 0.5cm-1 and pulse duration of 23ns (FWHM) were reported. Experimental measurements were performed on SBS reflectivity versus pump energy, gas pressure and focal length. The effects of gas pressure and Rayleigh range on SBS threshold were discussed.
