1kHz, 30kV MAGNETIC PULSE MODULATOR

  • 摘要: 本文介绍一台小型磁脉冲调制器的实验。实验已得到30kV以上,上升时间15ns,半高宽50ns的较好输出波形。该系统以猝发脉冲方式工作。脉冲串重复率为1Hz,脉冲重复率大于1kHz,串内脉冲数为10。实验的初步成功标志着建造高功率磁脉冲调制器完全可能。

     

    Abstract: A magnetic pulse modulator has been proved to be a very hopeful pulse generator.We designed and assembled a small one to demonstrate our design method with the available ferrite toroids with 68mm O.D..28mm I.D.and 25mm thickness and B=B+B=0.68T.The experiment is very successful.An output voltage pulse of 30kV with pulse width 52ns.rise time 15ns and rep-rate up to 1 kHz has been gained very stably.The total energy transportation efficiency is 42%.This success brings the possibi-llity of building high power level magnetic pulse modulator.
