外腔输出的连续波化学氧碘激光器
CW CHEMICAL OXYGEN IODINE LASER USING EXTRACAVITY POWER OUTPUT

摘要: 研制了一台采用外腔输出的小信号增益为1.6×10-3cm-1的连续波化学氧碘激光器,在氯流率为30mmol/s,I_2流率为0.3mmol/s,腔压为200Pa时首次获得了半外腔178w和中外腔70.4W的1.315μm高功率线偏振光输出。Abstract: We developed a CW chemical oxygen iodine laser using extracavity power outputwhich has obtained small signal gain 1.6 × 10-3cm-1.Under the conditions that the Cl2 flow rate is 30 mmol/s, the I2 flow rate is 0.3 mmol/s and the cavity pressure is 200Pa,the power outputsof linear polarigation light were obtained from the experimental data:maximum values of poweroutput of 178W at the half extracavity,and 70.4W at the full extracavity, respectively.
