Abstract: It’s very important to get information on beam profile for researching of accelerator. Measurement technology of beam profile of the highcurrent shortpulse electronbeam such as Faraday cup array, Multiwire method, bremsstrahlung radiation, cerenkov radition and optical transition radiation are reviewed in this paper.
