类Ne铬X射线激光莫尔条纹技术研究

Xray laser Moirefringe deflectometry diagnostic at low irradiance of pumping optical laser

摘要: 利用星光II激光装置以较低泵浦功率密度获得了类Ne铬X射线激光，并以此为探针光建立了莫尔条纹偏折装置，获得了清晰的静态X射线激光莫尔条纹。介绍了实验方法，给出了实验结果，并对结果进行了讨论。

Abstract: Nelike Cr Ｘray laser was produced at low irradiance of pumping optical laser in XingguangII laser facility, and was used as probe laser of Moirefringe deflectometry device. The clear XRL Moirefringe without the object was obtained .The experimental method is described, the results are given and briefly discussed in the paper.
