A Cu-PLASMA PULSE X-RAY SOURCE PRODUCED BY 1.06μm LASER

摘要: 介绍了1.06μm激光加热Cu靶发射的1.2keV能区X射线转换效率和强度的测量方法和实验结果。结果表明,Cu等离子体是一种在1.2keV能区的x射线强脉冲光源。

Abstract: This paper presents the measurement methods and experimental results of the X-ray conversion efficiency and intensity in 1.2keV region from Cu plasma pro-dueed by 1.06μm laser.These results showed the Cu plasma is a strong pulse X-ray source in 1.2keV region.
