Abstract: The verification of testing power of ground-based high power laser is an important physical problem in arms control. In this paper we propose a scheme to measure the scattering light of laser beam in atmosphere by multi-detector. The optimal detective parameters are calculated and several algorisms to evaluate the laser power are studied.
