Abstract:
In the experiment of X-ray laser with four-target series coupling, a time-resolved crystal spectrograph was used to record the resonant spectral lines of Ne- like Ge ions and their satellites. Emission time of these lines was measured to be about 0.95ns (FWHM). The time evolution of electron temperature T
e of G
e plasma obtained showed that the duration of T
e (≥400eV) was larger than 1.2ns.A space-resolved crystal spectrograph.was used to diagnose the distribution of electron temperature T
e and density ne along the axis of the G
e plasma column. The average values of T
e and n
e were 4.9 × 10
2eV and 1.2 × 10
20cm
-3 respectively.
