用光声法测定光学膜的破坏阈值
STUDY OF THE PHENOMENA ON KrF LASER-INDUCED COATING DAMAGE BY PHOTO-ACOUSTIC METHOD

摘要: 利用光声法研究光学膜在55ns脉冲KrF激光照射下的破坏现象,实验结果表明光学膜在受损后其膜层内的光声波的波形发生变形、波幅急剧增大,由ZrO2/SiO2构成的四分之-波长膜堆其破坏阈值小于1J/cm2,光学膜发生破坏的主要原因是膜系中ZrO2膜层的吸收系数太大。为了提高光学膜的破坏阈值不仅要选择消光系数小的材料,而且还要考虑光的极化效应。Abstract: In this paper, we'll report the experimental results on the KrF laser-induced coating damage studied by the photo-acoustic method. The experimental results show that the ZrO2/SiO2, coating had a damage threshold less than lJ/cm2 and had a different shapes of the photo-acoustic signals before and after damage. The reason of the coating damage is the large absorption coefficient of the ZrO2, layers in the coating.
