Abstract: In this paper,Gaussian Schell-model(GSM)beams have been used to simulate partially coherent light.The intensity distribution of GSM beams with different coherent parameter β focused by a cylindrical lens array system have been studied, and the influence of the diffraction and interference effects on the irradiation uniformity has been discussed in detail.
