Abstract: In this paper,a relativistic cold cathode diode was investigated by means of numeri-cal and physical experiments.The effects of spccial physical phenomena in the diode,such as fieldemission, plasma cmission and plasma moving,on the diode operation are studied.Some usefulresults are obtained.
