    激光二极管双路泵浦的固体激光器

    DIODE PUMPED SOLID STATE LASER BY TWO DIODES

    • 摘要: 首次用国产量子阱激光半导体二极管双路端面泵浦Nd:YLF激光器,得到波长1.047μm、能量6μJ、峰值功率120mW的激光输出.实验结果表明:双路同时泵浦输出功率大于两单路分别泵浦输出功率相加,起伏小于3%,与理论分析基本一致。

       

      Abstract: A Nd:YLF laser pumped by home-made quatumm well diode lasers. Datum of laser output are observed wavelength l.047μm, energy 60uJ andpeak power 120mW. On the same pumping condition, the output power synchronously pumped by two diodes is higher than the total output power pumped by two diodes separately.The fluctuation <3%.The results agreewith thcoretical analysis.
