摘要: 本文研究了Cu、Au薄膜镜面的激光辐射损伤,得到了反射率随激光及样品有关参数变化关系的实验结果,并对激光辐射损伤的机制进行了初步的讨论。Abstract: The dependence of laser-induced damage on some laser parameters and specimens for Cu and Au thin film mirror surfaces are investigated. The experimental results are obtained and dicussed also.
