强激光全反腔镜热变形模型及计算
THERMAL DERORMATION MODEL AND NUMBERICA CALCULATION OF THE METAL RESONATOR MIRROR OF A HIGH POWER LASER

摘要: 建立了高功率连续激光器全反腔镜的热变形模型,并用有限差分法对镜内的温度场分布及热变形做了数值计算,得出了全反腔镜热变形和反射镜厚度及半径的一般关系,计算了反射镜因冷却水压产生的压力变形,并与热变形做了比较,计算结果和实验数据符合得很好。Abstract: The thermal deformation model of the metal resonator mirror of a high power laser is found. The thermal deformation is calculated with the finite difference method. The ordinary relationship between the thermal deformation and the thickness or radius of the mirror is given. The pressure deformation produced by cooling water is calculated and compared with the thermal deformation. The calculatd resultes agrees with the experimental value perfictly.
