高电压脉冲气体开关稳定性研究

STUDY OF THE STABILITY OF A HIGH VOLTAGE GAS SWITCH

  • 摘要: 利用2MV脉冲试验装置*),研究了2MVSF6脉冲气体开关电极材料和电极形状对开关击穿稳定性的影响。根据光滑球电极的击穿痕迹,在一端球头上开一环形槽,大大提高了开关工作的稳定性。结果说明,电极之间电场的局部增强,有利于提高脉冲气体开关的击穿稳定性。

     

    Abstract: By use of the 2MV pulse generator, thispaper studied the stability of a 2MV SF。pulse gas switch influenced by the material and shape of the switch electrodes. According to the breakdown mark on the smooth electrode, the switch couldwork more stably by makinga slot on one electrode. Therefore, the field partial enhancement between the electrodes was of benefit to pulse gas switch's breakdown stability.
