激光驱动低中Z元素等离子体能量吸收实验

ENERGY ABSORBABILITY OF LASER-PRODUCED PLASMAS WITH LOW AND MIDDLE ATOMIC NUMBERS

  • 摘要: 给出"星光"和"神光"装置上用ωo、2ωo。的强激光驱动低中Z元素靶的等离子体能量转换效率。将结果与高Z元素进行了比较。并给出强激光在线聚焦情况下与薄膜靶相互作用时的能量吸收系数。从这一系数与厚靶情况下的差异,探讨薄膜靶X射线激光不易出光的原因。

     

    Abstract: We have obtained the laser plasma energy conversion eficiency for the low-Z and intermediate-Z element targets, driven by "Xingguang" high power laser at wavelength 1.06um and 0.53um. The results are compared with the previous results for the high-Z elements. The coefficiency of the energy absorption is also provided when the high power laser is line-focused on the thin film target. According to the diferent absorption coeficient between the thin film and thick target, we attempt to explain why the thin film target is more dificult to produce X-ray laser.
