Research on XBPM front-end acquisition circuit of HEPS

摘要: X射线位置探测器(XBPM)可用于光束线同步辐射光位置的测量,其中XBPM前端采集电路主要用于模拟信号采集与处理。本文研制了一款适用于高能同步辐射光源(HEPS)光束线前端区的XBPM电子学模拟前端板卡(AFE),设计并实现了XBPM信号的电流电压转换、量程切换、增益控制和ADC采样等功能,给出了硬件电路设计和XBPM-AFE的测试结果。Abstract: X-ray beam position Monitor (XBPM) can be used to measure the position of synchrotron radiation. The front-end acquisition circuit is mainly used for analog signal acquisition and processing. In this paper, an XBPM electronic analog front-end board (XBPM-AFE) suitable for the front end area of High Energy Photo Source (HEPS) beamline is developed. The functions of current-voltage conversion, range switching, gain control and ADC sampling of the signal of XBPM are designed and implemented. The hardware circuit design and the test results of XBPM-AFE are given.
