半导体激光泵浦亚稳态氩气激光器实现激光振荡

Continuous wave diode pumped metastable Ar laser

  • 摘要: 采用基于体布拉格光栅的窄线宽半导体激光器作为泵浦源,以电容耦合式射频激励Ar, He混合气体放电等离子体为增益介质,在双程纵向泵浦的结构下实现了连续波模式的912 nm的激光输出。

     

    Abstract: The continuous wave laser oscillation of optically pumped metastable Ar laser was observed. By employing a narrow linewidth diode laser based on volume Bragg grating as the pump source and He-Ar RF capacitive discharge plasma at 0.08 MPa as the gain medium, the power of 912.3 nm output laser was measured to be 0.22 mW from a laser cavity based on a longitudinally double-pass-pumped configuration.
